Mrs. Pratiwi Nugraheni was born in Purwokerto on February 4, 1986. She graduated from SMA 1 Purwokerto in 2004 and earned her medical degree from Jenderal Sudirman University from 2004 to 2011.

Mrs. Pratiwi is the eldest of three children. After graduating from college, Mrs. Pratiwi worked as a doctor and worked at several health clinics in Purwokerto. In 2011, Mrs. Pratiwi moved to Jakarta and began her career at Harapan Bunda Hospital and several other health clinics in the city.

From 2013 to 2016, Mrs. Pratiwi started a business by opening a beauty clinic called “Estetiderma.” After that, Mrs. Pratiwi took a career break and focused on being a housewife until 2022. In 2022, Mrs. Pratiwi became a Commissioner of PT. Delta Wibawa Bersama.
