Melati Setyorini was born in Jakarta on February 8, 1986. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and graduated in 2009.

Melati began her career in HR after graduating in 2009. She worked for Blue Bird Group, one of Indonesia’s largest transportation companies, for the first time. After approximately two years, she continued her career at Mitra Adiperkasa (MAP) for eight years. In addition to her professional career as an HR officer, Melati also worked on a team and built a PR agency from 2018 to 2022, which has now become a large and well-organized company. In 2022, Melati continued her career at Delta Wibawa Bersama (DWB) as HR Director.

Throughout her 14-year career, Melati has discovered that the best leaders are those who can help their employees find comfortable work while still fostering their growth.
