Mr. Irianto was born in Solo on June 1, 1963. He earned his undergraduate degree in Geography from Gadjah Mada University from 1981 to 1987. He also earned an MBA from Monash University from 1992 to 1993.

Irianto pursued a 28-year career at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, where he held his final position as Senior Executive Vice President. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at PT PAL Indonesia Surabaya for four years. In April 2021, Irianto joined the DWB Group as CEO. For Irianto, a good leader is someone with strong communication skills. This is a value he has consistently carried throughout his career in leadership.
