Mr. Khaerul was born in Kediri on December 27, 1972. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) majoring in Agricultural Socioeconomics (Agribusiness) and graduated in 1996. He also earned his master’s degree from his alma mater, majoring in Agribusiness Management, in 2011.

Khaerul began and built the majority of his career at Perum Bulog, a state-owned logistics company (Bulog), for 22 years. He has held various assignments at both the central and regional offices. Most recently, Khaerul served as Head of the Regional Division of Perum Bulog DKI Jakarta. Following this, Khaerul became CEO of PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia Persero, a state-owned trading company. Finally, in 2021, Khaerul joined DWB as COO.

For Khaerul, being a leader requires close relationships with the team. This makes moving the organization more manageable.
